Double Hidden Nine Patch Pillows

Hello! Today I have a small finish to show you! I have made two quilted pillow covers using the Double Hidden Nine Patch method from Angela Pingel’s (affiliate link) Craftsy Class: Disappearing Blocks With Pre Cuts.

My cousin is getting married next weekend and I have made him and his soon-to-be wife a quilt using my Pixel Heart in a Pixel Heart pattern. It has the borders on and is basted but still needs to be quilted. (Yikes! Yes, I’m on it.)

I am backing the coordinating quilt with Tula Pink’s “Free Fall” 108″ wide backing and I had loads left to back the two pillows as well. I put hidden zippers in the backs.

The second pillow back. Love that I didn’t cut the bird up on this one. 🙂

It was a productive Sunday with getting borders on and basting the wedding quilt and an impromptu make of these pillows as a gift add-on.

Heads up: Tonight is the last night of Craftsy’s June 50% off supplies and kits sale!
