Bright Moongate Throw Quilt Finish

I finished this strip quilt on the weekend! It’s made with one jelly roll of the Moongate fabric collection by Christina Cameli for Maywood Studio plus more Moongate fabrics for the borders and binding.

This quilt would make a nice throw on a couch or at the foot of a bed. It’s a perfect size for a child. The quilt finished up at 56” x 66”.

The back of the quilt is a blue Moda fabric. The whole quilt is machine quilted with all over stippling except the narrower border which has a feather motif.

The binding on the quilt is folded and machine sewn to the front and the back. I had purchased all these fabrics in 2020 but only just finished the quilt now three years later. That’s how it goes sometimes.
